Since 2004, Outdoor Craftsmen has provided exceptional landscape architecture, design, installation, maintenance and exterior home remodeling services to homes in the Boulder area and beyond. And we hold a core value that in order to provide these exceptional services, we first invest in our team members, through ongoing education, both within and outside of the company, but also as people, and we treat them like family. 

Ongoing education for our team members is crucial to our success. We believe in constantly learning more on and off the job. Our workers are quick learners because we have a large number of tasks that we perform regularly, and each task has its own method. We pride ourselves on having highly-trained teams, and provide weekly training for all our team members.

Our compensation and benefits are competitive in the landscaping industry, and we offer special bonuses and employee incentives.
