Abundant sunshine, interesting skies, stepping into fresh air whenever we like, right outside our doors.
The very foundation of any landscape is rock. Whether it forms retaining walls and hillside steps to meandering walkways and outdoor fireplaces, it is what Outdoor Craftsmen uses to achieve our most spectacular designs.

For the residence at left we created a mountainside oasis while maintaining the natural beauty of the property. Boulders and stone for the walls and patios were selected and imported from neighboring mountainsides. Moss rock boulders were prioritized in areas that are most visible from the living spaces and look as if they have always been there.
For Barrett Gorge, we made sure that the indigenous stone of mountain property was used to maintain the seamless continuity from the existing features of the mountain to the newly constructed elements. This was important to the homeowner, who is a geologist.
The Keller Residence challenged us to turn an ugly duckling into a swam. Our solution was a complete remodel of the exterior of the home and grounds to allow for maximization of the otherwise small entrance and driveway space. Our stone mason installed the detailed stone veneers, which ultimately transformed the look of the home.
Wake up to your own piece of “wow” every day. You’ll be grateful you do.
