Since the founding of our company in 2004, Outdoor Craftsmen has been growing and expanding, earning awards and specializing in various niche markets in the Boulder, Colorado area. Chris is an Outdoor Craftsmen partner and has been part of the team since 2009. His reputation and collaborative approach have helped develop our team of top landscape design talent. He’s a Colorado native, has been in the industry for over 20 years, and graduated from Colorado State University's Landscape Design and Contracting program. He’s a Licensed Landscape Architect, LEED AP, Certified Irrigation Designer, and Landscape Industry Certified in Management, Installation, Hardscape, and Irrigation. Chris lives with his wife and two children in Loveland, CO, and enjoys camping, hiking, running, fly-fishing, and hunting.

Chris joined the Outdoor Craftsmen team in 2013, and now serves as our Operations Manager. He brings 20+ years of landscaping knowledge from various companies. He received his degree from Western State College in Gunnison, CO. In his off time, Chris spends as much time in the mountains as possible. He enjoys trail running, and has competed in many ultra-distance races throughout Colorado.

With a degree in Fine Art, Paula finds it very rewarding to be part of a business that creates such beautiful works of art. Erik is our Maintenance Division Manager. He joined Outdoor Craftsmen in 2013, starting out as a crew leader in our maintenance department. As our company grew, Erik evolved into our Division Manager. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from Illinois State University, and has over 10 years of experience in the green industry, beginning with golf course maintenance and small-scale construction projects. Outside of work, Erik enjoys playing golf at as many different area courses as possible while spending time with his two daughters and wife.

Maggie joined Outdoor Craftsmen as a Maintenance Account Manager in 2021. She graduated from the College of Environmental Science Forestry with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Biology and Urban Forestry. Maggie has had years of experience in the landscaping industry in the Hamptons, on the east end of Long Island. She is an ISA-certified Arborist and an Accredited Organic Land Care Professional. Maggie enjoys spending time in the mountains and hiking with her dog.

Born and raised in Colorado, Bradyn has always had a passion for the outdoors. His interest in landscaping began in high school when he worked at a golf course. He holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University. Now, he has 10 years of professional experience in the landscape architecture industry and is a member of ASLA. Bradyn has done manual labor on landscape installations, worked for an arborist company, completed an internship with a high-end landscape design firm, and has years of experience in construction documents, construction administration, and observation of installations. He has attended continuing education courses in hardscape assemblies and synthetic turf.

Terra is our Enhancement Manager. She joined the team in early 2018 as our Maintenance Account Manager and has moved up the ladder to developing and managing our enhancement department. Terra has 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry and degrees in Fine Arts, Horticulture, as well as Landscape Design and Architecture. Her passion for design and decor shows up in her work here and during her off-hours, which she spends building floral arrangements, accessorizing home interiors and exteriors, and completing many DIY projects around her own house. Terra makes sure each and every moment is filled with adventure for her and her daughter.
