The plot plan is a diagram of your lot and how your house and other structures sit on your lot. You probably received one when you closed on your house, or you can get one from your city or county offices. Or our team can also create a plot plan and do any measuring that needs to be done. It is also included in a plan set for architectural house plans when available.
