Outdoor Craftsmen is prepared and in a good position to handle the impacts of the recent COVID-19 virus. This is a constantly evolving situation, so please call or office or contact your maintenance account manager or lead designer if you have any specific questions.
Although you will receive the same high-quality customer service and results that you’ve come to expect from Outdoor Craftsmen, some processes will look different during this time of uncertainty. We created the following FAQ to help clarify exactly what working with Outdoor Craftsmen will look like in the coming weeks.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you still have unanswered questions.
Are you open?
Yes, we are open! Most of our production work is done outdoors with small groups of 3-5 team members. For that reason we are not anticipating any major impacts to our production schedules or our ability to provide excellent service to clients. This holds true for both maintenance and construction activities.
What actions are you taking to keep me and my family safe?
We are still actively meeting with clients at their homes, accepting new work, and for the most part continuing business as usual. That said, for clients who wish to keep their distance, or are feeling unwell we do have virtual meeting options available via conference call or face to face Zoom meetings.
Also, our teams have been trained to inform management and stay home if they aren’t feeling well.
What about your staff?
Just like our customers, our staff is of the utmost importance. Our office, design, sales, and customer service teams are set up to work remotely and are practicing safe social distancing in an attempt to do our part in controlling this outbreak.
The team at Outdoor Craftsmen is excited about the upcoming season and will continue to provide all our clients with the excellent service they deserve. We have made it through many challenges in the past and will continue to do our part to help keep our community safe and healthy.
Please call us at (303) 828-0408 with any questions at all.
We will continue to update this page as more information about the virus becomes available and our policies continue to adapt to the situation.
